     Thank you for visiting my website. I have been a practicing trial lawyer since 1982. I started my career as an attorney with an insurance defense law firm which gave me a tremendous amount of experience as a trial lawyer in the courtroom. I then decided I could run my practice much better and represent my clients much better if I had control over the things that made for a winning case, and it has definately worked for my clients; for example, L.S, a former client wrote

     I opened my own practice in 1985 and have been practicing in all the counties and all the State and Federal Courts of Califonia. My practice consists solely of criminal defense and family law cases.

     I am in court most every day protecting, and fighting for, my clients rights and am not afraid to try hard cases. For example, I obtained a hung jury in a first degree murder case out of the Pomona court, Los Angeles County; an acquittal in a hit and run case in San Benardino County and, most recently, an acquittal in a DUI case out the Needles Court, San Bernardino County with my client having a blood alcohol level of over .12.

     When needed, I am aggressive but I temper that with always putting the needs of my clients first. So, if it is in my client's best interest not to be aggressive, I am not. You get more with honey than with vinegar. My clients always come first.

     I give close personal attention to each and every client. I will work closely with family and friends for the payment of fees and visit my clients when and where they need me, whether that be at their home or in jail.

     In criminal cases I can assist my clients with bail bond assistance (go to my LINKS page for assistance). In some select cases payment plans are available , and I accept most credit cards
